and ethical manufacturing, textiles may have blemishes or colour differences that do not
constitute faulty product and we can take no responsibility for this.

To order, please click call or email us with your order and contact details.
A member of the Eliza team will email you with confirmation of your order together with an
invoice for the amount to pay including postage and packaging.
Payments should be made by cheque or bank transfer, payable direct to Eliza Interiors & Design.
The item will be held for seven days whilst payment is received and dispatched once received.
The item will go back on sale if payment has not been received within
seven days
All items are refundable if returned by registered delivery within 14 days of purchase with sales
receipt.
Please check all garments upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is damaged. If we
are not notified, within 48 hrs of receipt of delivery, Eliza will not be able to refund the item.
Items sent back by a method other than registered will not be refunded as Eliza cannot be liable
for any damage caused.
